Aviz Healthcare facilitates payments between patients and independent healthcare providers. Each service category has specific cancellation and refund terms as outlined below. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Simple steps to get your refund processed
Use the Aviz app or email care@avizhealthcare.com with your booking ID.
Our team reviews within 48 hours based on the applicable policy.
Approved refunds credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Aviz Healthcare is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, civil unrest, or network outages. In such cases, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
In case of a dispute regarding refunds, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer at grievance@avizhealthcare.com. We endeavor to resolve all disputes within 15 working days.
