### 2. Sample Collection A certified phlebotomist arrives at your home at the scheduled time. All equipment is sterile, single-use, and disposable. The collector wears PPE and follows infection control protocols.
### 3. Lab Processing Samples are transported in temperature-controlled containers to our NABL-accredited partner laboratories. Each sample is bar-coded and tracked throughout the process.
### 4. Digital Report Your report is digitally signed and delivered through the Aviz app within 24 hours (most tests). Reports are stored securely in your health timeline for future reference.
